We’re looking for a few good freelancers to join our team of editors, copyeditors, and proofreaders as we expand our editorial department. All are paid positions (including proofers).
Editors: We’re looking for a couple of terrific editors who have experience with substantive and line editing. Do you have a thorough understanding of fiction craft, including plot, characterization, point of view, pacing, etc., including the word-level techniques for crafting professional-quality, contemporary prose? If you have previous editing experience or demonstrated proficiency with the elements of fiction (i.e. as an author, reviewer, educator, etc.) we’d like to talk.
