Samhain published my first novel, a fantasy romance by the name of Everlong, back in 2010. I cried when I read the acceptance letter, because being published with them was the highest goal I had set for myself at the time. It’s heartbreaking to hear their doors are closing when I’ve had so many great experiences there. My editor, copy editor and cover artist have become good friends of mine over the years, and I brought them along on my self-pub adventure because I trust them.
