For my first attempt, I made Chicago-style beef sandwiches. Spicy beef and provolone cheese on a bun served with my new best friend, giardiniera, with sliced potatoes, onions and bell peppers on the side. I really loved this. Two thumbs up.

And yes, for real, I love this stuff. I’m ordering a jar of it as you read this.
