I’ve received a few emails recently asking about the future of the Araneae series. Book three, A Time of Dying (Murdoch and Kaidi’s book), will be released on July 30, 2013. I’m writing book four, A Breath of Winter (Henri and Zuri’s book), now with the hope it will be a December release. Beyond that, I plan to write at least two more novels and two more novellas.
I’m also considering a spinoff series of five books focusing on a group of Deinopidae brothers once the Araneae Nation series has been completed.
Plans are subject to change, which is why I tend to only talk about books as I’m writing them or as they’re releasing. I’m not sure what prompted the sudden concern, but we’re several books away from the end of the Araneae series. That much I do know. 😉
Hailey writes about questionable applications of otherwise perfectly good magic, the transformative power of love, the family you choose for yourself, and blowing stuff up. Not necessarily all at once. That could get messy.
